Since our incorporation in 2000, SBB TECH has been striving to develop basic technology in the field of special bearings,
and it has secured own differentiated technology.
It succeeded in localization of bearings using ceramic balls and won the 1 Million Dollar Export Tower thanks to the development of ultra-thin bearings.
Since the establishment of the company-affiliated research center in 2005, it has continued R&D activities under the leadership of the CEO,
who was an engineer, and the research center.
Here, it designed, developed, and commercialized a reducer for precision control for the first time in South Korea.
It has been investing in the development of reducers that can be applied to various robot products.
In 2021, it was selected as the best material, part, and equipment company by the Ministry of Commerce,
Industry and Energy to further strive to secure its own precision reducer technology for robots and technology for source materials.
It is also concentrating its research power to expand the scope of application to the defense industry and semiconductor display industry,
as well as the robot.
It will secure the best technological competitiveness in the world by obtaining the best talent in the field of reducers in South Korea and
cooperating with various national research institutes.
The ultimate goal of the research institute is to contribute to becoming a global ultra-precision power transmission drive part manufacturer.
It has secured differentiated competitiveness in terms of customization compared to leading companies, as well as the diversification of product lineup.
It will continue to secure a competitive edge in the global market by achieving superior production yields compared to world-class
